Precise Pruning Ltd. is a leading tree care company dedicated to safety, efficiency, and excellence. We’re seeking a Shop Foreman with a Certified Arborist designation to lead our team and ensure our fleet, tools, and operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee maintenance and repairs of forestry and arborist equipment
✅ Supervise and train staff on safe equipment usage
✅ Conduct tree assessments and ensure proper arboricultural practices
✅ Manage inventory, parts ordering, and service schedules
✅ Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry standards
✅ Assist with arborist duties as needed, including pruning, removals, and emergency response
Qualifications:
✔ Certified Arborist (ISA or equivalent)
✔ Experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand in a shop setting
✔ Strong mechanical knowledge of arborist equipment (chainsaws, chippers, etc.)
✔ Leadership and organizational skills
✔ Valid driver’s license (Class 5 with Q-Endorsemant)
