💵 Starting Pay:

$28–$40/hr, based on experience, efficiency, and production.

🗓 Work Schedule & Time Off:

4-day workweeks (10 hours/day) — enjoy 3-day weekends, every week.

8 paid holidays off per year — your time matters.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

Technical climbing and rope work for pruning and removals.
-
Using chainsaws, rigging gear, and other tools of the trade.

Working closely with the ground crew and foreman to finish each job clean and safe.

Representing the company with professionalism at every property we touch.
✅ Stand Out If You Have:

ISA Certified Arborist or Tree Worker credentials.

A strong understanding of rigging and advanced climbing techniques.

A track record of safe, high-quality work in production tree care.
